Horde error message

I'm running the new 8.1 for Windows and my horde email is working perfect except when I or any of my users logs off the horde webmail interface we receive this error at the top of the page:

Warning: fopen(C:\WINDOWS\Temp\horde81.log) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\vhosts\webmail\horde\pear\Log\file.php on line 202

Anybody have any ideas?

please check permissions on this file. it should be "Full control" for IUSRPLESK_horde
