Horde Fine but Thunderbird not working

I can access my mailbox from thunderbird only by webmail, i search in the forum but i have not response for that.

the problem is thar i can not send and receive email usin mozilla thunderbird o Kmail (POP· Services) I can access my email from webmail horde.

i have not idea why?

Did you try to ping your POP3 and SMTP server addresses from your desktop where you have the thunderbird installed?

Some ISPs, e.g. cable modem or DSL company, enforce users to use the SMTP servers which belong to ISP.

i don't know what happened ?? restart the server and every ok.
