Issue Problem with Mailserver

Hey there,
I have a real strange Problem with my Mailserver which is controlled by Plesk.
If I write an Email via Webmail, no problem. Everything works finde.
If I want to add my Mailaccount to any Client ( tested Outlook, Thunderbird and eM Client so far ) they can not authenticate with the smtp.
IMAP is working fine. No ports are blocked - obviously if webmail works.
Does anybody got an idea? I really don't know how to fix this.
 
Hello, @Refilo . What's the SMTP configuration in your email clients, as in port and encryption? If you are using port 587/465 could you please switch to 25 for the sake of testing and let us know if that makes any difference? Thank you in advance.
