Horde Mail Attachment size

Hello,
I give a User a quota of e.g. 10MB.
If he is logged in via Webmail (Horde) he can add attachments with a file size of 2MB.
Does anyone knows, where I can change this value of 2MB?

Try to check the %plesk_vhosts%\webmail\horde\php.ini file.
