Horde Not Working HELP!

Can anyone help me? I upgraded PHP from php4 to php5 and now Horde will not work on the server. Can anyone help me get horde working again?

what does "horde doesnt work" actually mean? can you be specific - becuase with what you mention no one can begin to guess what the problem is.
