Horde Regenerate conf.php??

So in trying to get the new MIMP function to work, I went into the conf.php file to remove the setting for the internet address change check. But while doing it I messed up the file and deleted one line. So now Horde won't work at all (obviously). So just curious how do you reinstall the component or regenerate the conf.php file?
