plesk 9.5.4 on ubuntu 10.04
i have this setup for around 3y. and this happens since DAY ONE and it's really getting on my nerves, so i wonder if this is normal and if it can be fixed:
i receive more and more spam emails from hotmail and gmail accounts with similar sender and nearly identical content. i have sent this emails into the spam folder either through horde webmail or through imap with my phone and the spam points those mails receive have not increased in over one year!!!
they have always been between 2.5 - 3.5 points (out of 7 needed for spam clasification) and they are NOT in my AWL
lowering the filter to match those low points (2.5) is out of the question, so
1) why is spamassassin not learning from the spam folder? it's the default spam folder created by the system and it even has this small "fiery spam" folder icon when seen in horde
2) how can i fix this?
