Horde webmail IP changes and logs out user

Hi
Plesk 8.2 on windows.
I have a few users that are being logged out of Horde webmail when thier IP changes.
I have changed the config.php line for the check IP to false, but it is still doing it.

Any ideas anyone?

I read somewhere that there are 2 place this needs to be made false.
