Horde Webmail Problem

After Login Horde webmail as English interface, in new plesk(10.2), it show Chinese word like ?????
But i try Login Horde webmail as English interface, in old plesk(8.3), it show Chinese word is no problem.

I know that i can login as Chinese interface to work around this problem. but why old version of plesk is no problem.

Any can help me??

I think if you just install the needed Windows language pack it should resolve the issue.
