New Pleskian
Greetings.
I have a Server running Plesk Obsidian (Version 18.0.28 Update #3) running on CloudLinux 7.8 and I am only able to login using an admin account. We've always used hosting accounts to allow clients to administer their own websites, databases, files, etc. but as of yesterday I noticed no one else other than admin can login. I've tried resetting password, even trying to login using a different random hosting account and the results are the same:
Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.
The worse thing is, trying to login with the initial user that I noticed this on, I've been noticing websites randomly going down and I can only get it back up after a whole server restart.
I currently have no idea where to start looking as it seems none of the log files I've been looking at provide any clues of what's happening.
