Question hosting type cannot change -default no hosting

I am new to PLESK, I can't access file manager. default hosting type is "No Hosting" and cannot change. pls help.

Are you a customer with a provider, that uses Plesk? I'm asking because in the screenshot, you aren't accessing Plesk as an administrator...

In this case, you should contact your provider. They have set your access rights to such that don't allow changing this setting.
