Hotfix 060502.17 info

I run plesk 7.5.6 ,and only have installed the updates i've been offered via plesk auto update which its only hotfix 060314.13

What I'm really wondering its about plesk 7.5 hotfix 060502.17 plesk auto update hasn't offered this update yet, but its available via manual download on the plesk patches page, anybody installed it? it shows considerable fixes, would love to hear feedback on this patch.

I also noticed that plesk 7.6 was released also, but this looks like major update, so I'll probably stay away from it for a bit.

I only wish to solve this problem was just wondering if this patch would help me since they mention a ME fix.
