Houston .. we got a problem no more psa db

Our psa database is not anymore accessible... ( it was move the symlinked from /var partition to /data partition)
all vhosts info in /var/www/vhosts are there .. all mailboxes ,

in case or emergency , is there anyway to rebuild the psa database with the existing data ( including Plesk paid support) or a complete reinstall from scratch will be necessary ....?

Dumps of psa database can be fond and restored from /var/lib/psa/dumps/
