Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
Yess, because I found lots of tutorials about running REST API but non of them matching with my system. For example: Tutorial says: "nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/example.conf". In my system I'm getting : No such a file or directory error. After a few research I found something. It wasn't about Plesk it was about CentOs. The same file is located in: /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf . And this file so complicated. I couldn't understand it. I doubt about if I doing something wrong my system may crash. I have lots of important web-sites in my Plesk. Please help me

Well, your request is not clear ... REST API is something about development, so no direct relation with plesk or your OS, if you need to integrate plesk API on your apps, you should review the plesk docs : About REST API
Plesk automatically generate vhost file system, so don't have the necesity to do it, just upload your apps to created plesk hosting.
