Question How can I change the email sender name and subject when a customer exceed limits?

Dear Pleskians,
I am not sure if I am posting this thread in the right place or not. I am sorry if I am not.

How can I change the sender name and the subject that sent from Plesk to my customers when they reach the space or bandwidth limit?

Currently the sender is my name and I want to make it with my company name, and the subject has the host name from Media Temple xxxx-xxxx.accessdomain.com, which I want to change it too.
