How can I view the default email DB information

Hi, I am installing roundcube and one of the plugins is the password change, in order for that to be successful I need to know the default email database info. I am temporarily doing it via poppassd but apparently, if plesk updates or does something that makes it do an integrity check, then the passwords will reset. I have asked my host if there is anyway to find out but I got no reply.
