• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Oh, I found the message.

use domain.com but if you have ftp. in the DNS you can use that too. But stick to domain.com

When you say you can't FTP, what do you mean? username/password not accepted, no connection? or it connects but then you can't transfer data?

Check your firewall to make sure it allows port 21, which is FTP.

Check your FTP client's settings -- there are two modes: Passive (aka PASV) and ...errr... Not Passive (Active I supposed, but mostly you only get to tick a box that says Use Passive Mode). If you can connect but not transfer files then try one or the other setting.

p.s. you can also use the ip address of your VPS instead of the domain name when entering the FTP server address in your FTP program.
