How do i back up MYSQL databases

I have enabled autoback up on my plesk server and the back up is stored on a FTP backup server.

Will the MYSQL databases also be backed up? Currently all domains get backed up.

Use navicat MySQL admin for backing up your mysql db's it offers you scheduled backups etc and it is really simple.
