How do i backup with plesk?

Hi,

How can i backup all my domains, website data (database configurations, apache/tomcat config, etc) and everything?


I would like to have a complete backup because I might switch to another server running plesk. I am now using Plesk 7.6 for windows.

Can someone please instruct how it can be done?
