  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hello,

i want to change a Domain from a Customer. Can someone tell me, how i must do that without delte of the Files and Databases?

Thank you very much.

Hello SmileMan,
not quite sure what you mean by 'change a domain from a customer'. Do you want to move domain from one client to another in Plesk or something else? In case if it is first one, then it can be done very easily: just go to domains list in control panel, mark domain and on top of the list press 'Change owner' link. It will provide you with clients' list. The rest is easy.

Good luck!

Hello,

thanks for your answer.

Sorry, my English is very bad, I will try my concern as closely as possible to describe.

The Customer has Domain1 as Maindomain and Domain2 as Domainalias.
I want to Domain2 as the main domain and Domain1 as the domain alias. So the domains basically turn.

I hope someone understands my English :)

Ok, I see. I think it is possible with following steps:
1. remove alias from domain
2. go to 'Domain administrator' screen of main domain and rename it there
3. create alias with old name of domain
Should work.

Good luck.
