How do I change default domain?

Every time something goes wrong with a domain in my box or I want to disabe a domain, https requests will redirect to a domain which I belive is the default.

1) How do I change the default domain in a manner that Plesk won't re-write it?

2) Isn't there a way to show a specific website for a disabled or troubled domain?

If anyone could help......
