How do i change default MySQL encoding?

    Hi All!

    I have Plesk 8 on FreeBSD 6.1 installed. Default encoding for MySQL is unicode.

    How do i change it? I stongly need to set "CP-1251" as default encoding.

    Where's configuration files for MySQL are located?
