how do i create a redirection to an directory?

hi .. im searched in the forum for this but what i found i think isnt what i need ..
all searches by subdomains pointed to topics where you have to edit files and make .conf files and that stuff..

what i want to do is simple ...
i have for example:

http://domain.com/admin/

but i want to create a redirection to that directory..that i can acess like

http://admin.domain.com

i used cpanel for a couple of years and about a month ago i changed to plesk...
in cpanel was there an option (subdomains) that you can create a subdomain poiting to and especific directory in your webserver...

but i can see how i do it in plesk ...

i tryed to create a sub-domain under the domain but e create a all directory with an index (like a new client)

i just want to create a simple redirection to an directory ...

http://admin.domain.com is redirecting to http://domain.com/admin
for whe i access to http://admin.domain.com he automaticaly goes to http://domain.com/admin

i dont know if my explanation is clear

yes it is ... i create a sub-domain ... and after that where i can set a redirect to that subdomain i just created?

i create a subdomain like :
admin.domain.com

and i want to forward it to :
domain.com/admin
-------------------------
so i want to point my browser to :
admin.domain.com

and he redirects me to :
domain.com/admin

i cant see where i can forward that subdomain to that directory i want :\
