How do i create a simple FTP account without domain

I need to create a few backup solutions for some clients (and myself also) which is only FTP accounts with a simple folder they can manage. Therefore they need a simple FTP account and nothing else.

How do i set this up in Plesk 10.3 ? I have been looking everywhere i think, and it must be possible somehow (it's version 10 for Christ sake)
