Hi all!
Is there a way to ignore sender IP in greylist, or is that a bad idea?
A customer is unsatisfied because she had to wait for 11 and an half hour for a mail got delivered. When I checked the log, I noticed several retries, each from different IP address. The sender used a solution from Microsoft, so I noticed attempts from 274 (!) different IPs from their server farm (outbound.protection.outlook.com), until a successfully delivery was made. I guess there would be a problem from other large hosters as well (like Gmail).
How could I solve this whithout lowering the spam treashold?
