How do I migrate from 7.5.3 on one server to 8.1 on another?

The subject says it all. My company just purchased a new dedicated server and I'm trying to migrate everything over. We have 7.5.3 on our original and 8.1 on the new. The migration utility claims to only work for 7.5.6 and up. Is it possible to do what I'm asking or do I need to go through and duplicate each individual setting? This would be an absolute nightmare as I have 90+ domains to work with at this point. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

just don't use it

Don't use the migration manager.

It doesn't work. It will not copy any custom directories you have set up. It will not copy any cron jobs set up, whether thru Plesk or manually created in cron.whatever. It may or may not copy any certificates you have.

It also has the added feature of being able to bring your current server to a screeching halt.

Don't believe it? Read posts from the migration manager section of the forum.

You've been warned.
