How do I pull bad email addresses from failure and MAILER-DAEMON notices

I have thousands of undeliverable emails resulting from a newsletter blast. Is there a way to pull those email addresses out so that I can strip them from future email lists? Going through each one and copying and pasting is a little too time consuming!
