How do I reinstall Qmail ?

getting too many error s... need to reinstall it
I have seen the command for Centos5 , but I am running Debian5 ...

it should be something like that :
rpm -Uvh --force /root/parallels/PSA_9.0.0/dist-rpm-CentOS-5-x86_64/opt/maildrivers/psa-qmail-1.03-cos5.build90081117.17.x86_64.rpm

but for the Debian install .... ?
