How do I restore Plesk database only

I would like to restore a mysql database only not the entire website. The instructions in this manual are not very helpful as they are for restoring the whole website.

There is no possibility for restoring only database from Plesk backup. You can use phpMyAdmin, for example, for backup/restore databases separately.

Extracting the database dump from backup file.

If I have to use phpMyadmin, that means I have to extract the database dump from the Plesk backup file. By the way I use Plesk builtin utility for my backups.
