  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How do I set Default folders for new Mailboxes?

Hi,

I've just migrated to a new server with Plesk instead of cPanel. When creating a new email account, the only folders that are created are an Inbox folder, and a Virtual Folder, also containing a Virtual Inbox. No Draft, Trash or Sent, which is pretty useless as you can imagine; I have to go into each account after creation and manually set up the folders in Horde. I presume there is a setting somewhere, that allows me to set what folders should be created as default in a new mailbox, but I cannot find this anywhere...
Would really appreciate any help; I've googled and searched this forum, all to no avail, so maybe this is not a common issue, but I am a bit stumped and not sure where to go from here.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Cheers,
Karin

If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it...

Thanks,
Karin
