  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How do I set up PWeb Presence Builder to make email address work

Relatively new to this thus I need some help. I am using WPB 11.54 and I have my site set up but I cannot get the email function to work within the 'feedback' module. It says the email has been sent but I never receive it. Just how and what do I configure to make it function.

Any details from server maillog? Have you tried to troubleshoot it? Any related logs, error messages, etc.
Basically it is server's mail system issue but not WPB.
