• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How do I stop Spam Assassin

Ok Plesk 7 with spam assassin is just killing my server cpu. I have unchecked the server wide settings, shut down the service within plesk and it is still checking for spam.

I get emails that are still tagged with spam even though these services are shut down. I like the spam assassin running but i cant live with the repricussions.

It continuously uses all of my cpu. I look and there are 4 or 5 perl.exe tasks running all the time which is just killing my server. They will eventually go away but come right back. I shouldnt have to babysit my server.

Any help would be great.
