How do I uninstall Plesk?

I got as far as I could, and basically all Plesk services are no longer running, and I recreated all of my sites and various configurations manually.

So, now basically I just have a bunch of Plesk services sitting in my Services listing all stopped (and disabled) and about a gig of wasted space being used up by the Plesk folder on C:\Program Files.

I need to know how to properly uninstall Plesk and remove the installation dir from the C drive, as I could use that gig.

Also, if uninstallation messes up or removes any of my newly configured site (of which there are about 30) I will seriously go postal..
