How Do I Unpack A Plesk Domain Backup On My Desktop?

Anyone know How I can unpack a domain backup on my desktop to pull some files from it?

It's mime coded file, you can unpack the contents using ripmime for example. For Windows I do not know such an util, although I am sure that it exists.
