  • Inviting everyone to the UX test of a new security feature in the WP Toolkit
For WordPress site owners, threats posed by hackers are ever-present. Because of this, we are developing a new security feature for the WP Toolkit. If the topic of WordPress website security is relevant to you, we would be grateful if you could share your experience and help us test the usability of this feature. How do I upgrade past the 100 user quota?

New Pleskian
Just like the title says. We have reached 99 users and need to increase our license somehow.
I would assume this would be easy to do but can't find any information anywhere. Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

You have a perpetual (unlimited) plesk licence right? It came with 100 WPB seats included. We have (had) several of these also and started reaching 100 seats + usage. After discussing with with our parallels rep they tell me there is no way to upgrade WPB on a perpetual key. you will have to contact parallels and esquire about exchanging your license for a leases one in which upgrades from 100 to 1000 or higher are simple. Good luck.
