• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How do I upgrade past the 100 user quota?

New Pleskian
Just like the title says. We have reached 99 users and need to increase our license somehow.
I would assume this would be easy to do but can't find any information anywhere. Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

You have a perpetual (unlimited) plesk licence right? It came with 100 WPB seats included. We have (had) several of these also and started reaching 100 seats + usage. After discussing with with our parallels rep they tell me there is no way to upgrade WPB on a perpetual key. you will have to contact parallels and esquire about exchanging your license for a leases one in which upgrades from 100 to 1000 or higher are simple. Good luck.
