• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

how do I upload movies?

Hi,

I really don't know much about computers, not to mention Plesk.
Anyway I happened to have bought some webspace and my provider uses Plesk.
I wanted to upload a movie (wmv) but because Dreamweaver couldn't handle it I was hoping I could fix my problem by dragging it to the document-file in Plesk. That didn't work either.

Does anybody know how I can upload it using Plesk and would it be possible to explain it in a detailed kind of way?

Thanks in advance
Goele,

I think there is no difference between files content. The best way to upload files to the server it's FTP. It's very convenient and reliable way for file uploading.
If you want to log into FTP you need just use some kind of FTP client or may be from within command line :)
