how do i upload open cart to plesk panell

i am trying to upload opencart store to plesk panel but i am confused on how to do so my ideal of installing opencart would be to upload the files to file manager but within file manager there is 2 ways to add and that is add new directory or add new files witch one would i use could someone help me please and thank you.

The easiest way would be to upload the files using an FTP client.
