How Do People upload to my server?

I know this might sound stupid but this is my first server i have made a client within plesk and obviously they log in to the cp with the username and pw i set up. how would they then upload to my server would i give them my ip address? is there different folders for different clients? then would they just change there domain name server?

Hi,

yes, it is better to begin to docs in this case.
there is File manager in Plesk panel
and users can use ftp upload
for example:
ftp domain.tls
user:******
pass:******
these login/password are set up during domain creation.
also can be added additional ftp accounts.
