Issue How do preveiw a new WordPress Site - Account Suspended

Hello Everyone.

I'm new in Plesk and I have been face some problems.

I'm trying run the preview a new Wordpress site with restored DB but i get it:

This Account has been suspended.
Status: 403 Forbidden Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 403 Forbidden Executing in an invalid environment for the supplied user

What do you mean "with restored DB"?
What happens if you try to activate a suspended account?
