  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question how do you feel about http2 + nginx + ssl + lets encrypt

larryk

Regular Pleskian
In theory, from what i've seen... it all good?

is anyone running all 4 of those softwares on your server?

does extension Security Advisor work as planned? where you can turn off/on http2 for a given domain with click of button?

if all is turned on/working --- a site visitor whose browser can't use http2, it will auto default to http1?

if all the above is good, basically, there is ZERO downside to using all that?
correct?

all that stuff is newer/faster/better/safer than not using it?

thanks

thanks !!

so older browsers (or some browsers in general) -- I'm positive some people have them and don't upgrade....will not work if you have http2 turned on?
and then what happens?

They go to your http2 website and it shows an error?

QUESTION - security advisor can turn on http2 per domain right? so I can test it on a single domain, right?
