How enabled Apache Mod_Rewrite

Hi all

Somebody so have a good solution for how i can enable Apache Mod_Rewrite

I have search on google and have try this:
http://dev.antoinesolutions.com/apache-server/mod_rewrite

But is not working for me!
I have a script so need this Apache Mod_ rewrite enabled.
