Question How to access main admin server on plesk if i forgot the password?

Hi guys, my name is claren, im new on plesk.
I want to make symlink and access to the Master Dir on my server plesk, how can i do it?

My access to the server is only at /var/www/vhosts/my domain/httpdocs/
i ussualy login on my server https://my domain:8443/login_up.php. i only can login as domain admin. not server admin
basically i forget my admin password, and i regist with my old email that i forgot the password. so i can't reset my password.
