How to access psa plesk 9.0.1 !

Hi all,
i have used a last version of plesk 9.0.1 ,but when i tried to access to psa plesk with information below :
host : localhost
port : 8306
user : admin
pass : like plesk admin password

it was not successful ,i have tried to change admin pass by plesk to communicate with plesk mysql db but it was the same .
have someboby help me !?

Hello,

Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) database can be accessed by following steps depending on the database provider are configured in current PP installation. These steps are described at the following article:

It is also possible to access the PP database with the help of utility which can be used for executing simple queries, independent on PP database engine. Utility is called 'dbclient.exe'. It is located at the directory %plesk_bin%. Please, see the following article for more information:
