how to "activate" migrated data?

when i go to the new server via the ip address, there's nothing there but the default plesk page. i can see the migrated data in the pmm folder, but how do you get it out and "activated" or back to normal or whatever? is there a comprehensive manual somewhere that i just can't find? i'm no expert at this stuff, i had no choice but to do it myself and it took a lot of time to figure out how to get this far, please help. anyone. thanks.
