• If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread:

  • Please beaware of a breaking change in the REST API on the current Plesk release (18.0.62).
    Starting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.62, requests to REST API containing the Content-Type header with a media-type directive other than “application/json” will result in the HTTP “415 Unsupported Media Type” client error response code. Read more here

Question How to activate the new dashboard?

Bitpalast

Plesk addicted!
Plesk Guru
Server operating system version
Alma 8 and 9
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.61 #5 and 18.0.62
I've been reading allusions to a new dashboard page, but so far, including 18.0.62, the dashboard page looks still the same as it always did. How to activate the new dashboard?

It's a beta feature. You have to enable it in the panel.ini:
Code:
[navigation]
newHomeView.enabled = true

Ensure there is only 1 [navigation] section, otherwise it won't work.

Does it ship active by default with new installs? My two newest servers come with it (I assume it's the rearrangable blocks one, I actually like it)
