I have a stupid question.

How to change Virtual Directory settings in Google Compute?

I found this Changing Virtual Directory Settings
But there is no "Virtual Directories".

Please kindly provide help.

It's a Windows only feature.

What exactly were you looking to accomplish? I may be able to suggest an alternative.

We have a Virtual Host with 2 HDD (20GB and 500GB) in Google Cloud running Cent OS 7 with Plesk.

20GB is default and almost full.

We would like to assign 500GB to be a new virtual host directory.

OK, so it sounds like you want to move the "vhost" directory to a different drive as the current one is getting full?
