how to check VPS resources allocated

Hi , how can I check if I am getting the resources that I have paid for in my VPS ?

e.g. my host recently 'upgraded' my VPS resources subject to a trouble ticket & I doubt that I got anything for free.

e.g. I am supposed to have 128MB ram minimum & $x Mhz etc on my VPS plan.

Where in resource usage can I look and see what I actually have to play with ? I am sure its in the resource section somewhere but nothing seems to say RAM 128MB etc

the closest thing I can find is`shmpages` ? any pointers appreciated.
