As far as I know there is IIS limitation and it should be configured in IIS settings directly.
Apache and nginx supported only in Plesk for Linux version.

With plesk auto-installer, you are not needed to install IIS separately. It will auto configure IIS and other services, which are required. You just need to select the required components from list and continue with installation.
