How to configure ASP and ASP.NET Database

Basic Pleskian
I have created MS Sql database and users in websites & domain--->Databases. If the database is ACCESS, I also know that it should turn to ODBC Data Sources, then chose " Add new DSN connection" then add a directories:C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mydomain\httpdocs\database\database.mdb But I when upload a ASP or ASP.NET program into httpdocs, I use my domain to browse the program, it consistently shows " the database is disconnection ".I don't know why. So I desire to know How to correctly configure ASP and ASP.NET Database connection ,so that I can connect the database successfully and view my websites normally.
