Question Request to Confirm Database Query and Change Limits

Hello Support Team,

We would like to check whether the following database usage limits can be configured and enforced on our Plesk hosting server:

1. Database queries should not exceed 1,000 queries per hour.
2. Database changes such as INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE should not exceed 300 changes per hour.

Please confirm whether these limits can be applied per subscription/account or per database user in Plesk.

If this is not supported directly in Plesk, kindly advise the recommended solution or workaround to monitor and restrict excessive database usage.

Also, please let us know whether there is any built-in reporting, alerting, or automatic suspension option if a customer exceeds these database limits.
